Movie Poster Re-Design

For this project I started out with a blue background, with the pen and tablet I then added a grassy field (grass brush) as well as a yellow road (which I later added a brick effect to). I used the rectangle tool to build Emerald City and then colored them several shades of green. I then put a sepia duotone effect on all of it and went on to choose 3 fonts and colors for the type which I then added a 3D effect one and a chrome effect to another. The shoes I made with “Define Brush” from an image. I finished the poster off by adding sparkle on the title with a brush.

My Own Type

I started out by drawing the font with a Wacom Bamboo Tablet. For the phrase I used a sentence from a song called Free by The Zac Brown Band. When I finished, I went on to draw a billboard, using the line tool and a picture for reference. I then filled it with white and placed it on a picture I took and edited using a “Brush Strokes>Dark Strokes” filter.
